Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds
Our products are made on-demand, we do not have a policy to stock the products. So, we cannot accept a return or exchange them. Please make sure that you read about the product description, size guide, production and shipping time frame before placing an order.

You can cancel the order within 24 hours. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method by excluding 20% of the product price for a transaction cost and processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If 30 days have gone by since delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or reshipping.
